Many people around the world view
athletes as heroes. They may look at a Derek Jeter or LeBron James as the
ultimate cape crusaders of their respected sport. Athletes all over the world
are looked on as role models for kids and even when those kids grow up they become
idols. Many athletes that end up playing at a professional level through
playing at a collegiate level. They enter a draft or are selected personably by
a organization. They start their career and never look back.
What if i told you there are many athletes
that are already heroes? They protect us everyday of our lives. Some do it
locally and some protect us from thousands of miles away. No, not athletes
playing over seas but our men and women who serve in our military. Many
chose to enlist in the military for many reasons. Some collegiate athletes
became officers through their respected school and now serve and lead our
enlisted men and women. Many military bases have intermural sports for our
military. Within those bases leagues are develop and sometimes one military
branch will compete with other branches of service. There are soccer, football,
baseball, basketball, boxing, and softball leagues just to name a few. On these
fields are some of the most athletic heroes in our nation. Here are where soldiers,
marines, sailors, and airmen show some of the worlds best talents.
Because
of this is MiliSports has been born. We will show case some of the best talent,
